“Collaborating for Progress, Uniting for Breakthroughs” — 2025 Shenzhen XiXi New Energy’s Special Workshop Concluded Successfully!

From May 24th to 28th, 2025, all colleagues from the Shenzhen Guangming Headquarters traveled across mountains and rivers to gather at the Jiangxi factory, embarking on a deep exchange journey centered on the theme “Collaborating for Progress, Uniting for Breakthroughs.” This was not just a physical gathering but a profound alignment of minds and actions!

Focusing on Pain Points, Addressing Bottlenecks

“A thousand online meetings can’t compare to one face-to-face conversation.”

The core of this trip was the three-day intensive workshop held from May 24th to 26th.

Gaining On-Site Insights, Identifying Key Challenges

The headquarters team immersed themselves in the core operational areas of the Jiangxi factory, observing workflows firsthand and listening directly to frontline feedback. This hands-on approach enabled them to precisely identify collaboration bottlenecks and friction points in real-world scenarios.

Roundtable Dialogue, Candid Exchange

Breaking down geographical and departmental barriers, teams engaged in face-to-face, substantive discussions focused on core business pain points, process optimization challenges, and cross-departmental collaboration bottlenecks. Formalities were set aside, replaced by candid analysis and constructive yet spirited debate.

Collective Solution-Building, Shared Responsibility

The meeting went beyond merely identifying issues—it focused on clarifying responsibilities, co-developing strategies, and formulating actionable plans to ensure tangible outcomes.

Three days of intensive discussions sparked deep intellectual engagement and forged a unified sense of purpose. Long-standing challenges were laid out openly, and through candid dialogue and shared insight, pathways were clarified. The gears of collaboration were realigned, now moving forward with renewed efficiency and synergy.

Uniting Strength for Breakthroughs, Forging Team Cohesion

After tackling the “tough challenges” at work, the team shifted gears from May 27th to 28th, embarking on a thoughtfully designed team-building journey amidst nature.

Surrounded by the serene landscapes of Jiangxi, team members stepped away from work pressures and walked side by side. Each helping hand during the climb, every moment of companionship along the hike, quietly dissolved barriers and fostered a deeper sense of camaraderie.

These two days of team-building were not just a break but a source of empowerment. They extended the spirit of “collaborating for progress” from the meeting room into the heart of nature, internalizing it as both emotional resonance and shared commitment within the team. This experience has built a powerful reserve of motivation, ready to fuel future breakthroughs.

Collaboration as the Foundation, Breakthrough as the Goal

Throughout this special workshop, company leaders were fully engaged and emphasized:

“Close collaboration between headquarters and the factory is the cornerstone for addressing challenges and achieving our strategic goals. This face-to-face, in-depth exchange not only resolved practical issues but, more importantly, fostered deeper understanding and trust. The unity and consensus built together here in Jiangxi will undoubtedly drive us to gather strength, achieve breakthroughs, and scale new heights in our future development journey!”

From Shenzhen Guangming to the lands of Jiangxi, from conference rooms to mountains and rivers, this journey spanning thousands of miles was not only a pragmatic session to address pain points but also a profound emotional bond and integration of strength.

The bond of “collaborating for progress” has grown stronger, and the call for “uniting for breakthroughs” is now resounding with greater clarity. Colleagues from the Guangming headquarters and the Jiangxi factory are returning with shared solutions and high morale. We have every reason to believe that the synergy forged together in Jiangxi will propel us toward an even broader future!
